Signature required

All orders over $1,000 require a signature to be delivered, please follow your delivery notice to ensure your package arrives safely.

International order

We currently offer international shipping via DHL as well as Getu. Depending on where you live, additional duties and taxes may apply. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs incurred at the time of delivery and will not accept returns or refunds from customers who did not receive their orders due to unpaid duties.

If your item is ready and you wish to have it delivered, please contact our customer service directly, or send an email to help.ischus@gmail.com. All deliveries are sent via DHL or Jingtu, SF Express, any additional charges will be sent via Shopify invoice or PayPal.
